To order a paid assessment letter for the refinancing or selling of your home please download the form and checklist below and email the completed form to sales@nemanichconsulting.com.

All questions and status inquires must be emailed to sales@nemanichconsulting.com.

The following is our policy regarding paid assessment letters:

• Requests should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the closing. An additional fee may be charged if less than two weeks’ notice is given.

• Standardized questionnaires and 22.1 forms will be used. If an additional form must be used please submit the form to be completed via email (do not fax) to sales@nemanichconsulting.com. It will be completed once an open file has been submitted by the seller’s attorney.

• Requests will be completed in the order in which they are received.

• NCM's processing fee will be taken out at closing if you are selling your home. If you are refinancing your home, we must receive the fee before your letter is released.

• No personal checks for NCM's processing fee.
